Massive traffic jam leaving Oroville. Hope they have more than an hour because it is going to take longer than that to get everyone out. The evacuation route is taking them over the river!!!
The danger appears to be where the emergency overflow barrier ends. Water is flowing over nothing but dirt.
They’re wasting highway capacity by not setting up one way traffic out of the evac area.
