Emergency hearing sought to stop NSA 'spying' on Trump

Attorney Larry Klayman, the founder of Freedom Watch, is asking a federal court to hold an emergency hearing on the National Security Agency, alleging “likely” CIA “spying” on President Donald Trump.

In an emergency supplement filed Wednesday with the U.S. District Court in Washington, he said the NSA and “likely the Central Intelligence Agency are continuing to violate the [Fourth] Amendment to the Constitution and related statutes.”

Klayman charged the agencies spied on President Trump, the White House, his former National Security Adviser General Michael Flynn and others in his administration.

He is requesting an emergency status conference to determine how to proceed.

Trump needs to announce a 10% across the board cut.

Once people see the heads are rolling, they’ll roll over on the leakers and disloyal to save their own jobs.

Fed jobs are high paying, great benefits, great vacation, great retirement, and they don’t do a lot.

10% across the board cuts. New hires (Obama hires) out first as is tradition absent a hearing and special showing of agency need (the very few competent people hired in the last 8 years).

The elites and their collaborators in the intelligence agencies know that we are on to their goals and we have the numbers.

This is the last fight for the rule by the common people in all of these countries, including ours.

Trump was essentially a coup by election. He was our version of Brexit. The last hope to stop the globalists from passing amnesty and we’d never have a chance to win another election.

Trump is taking drastic steps quickly and will take even more in the weeks ahead.

Build the wall. Expel the illegal aliens. Arrest the anarchists and follow the money. RICO those actually behind the violence (Soros, for example). Create a Safe Zone in Syria and repatriate the Islamists from Europe and the United States. Dismantle the Deep State. Reverse the treaty with Iran and work with Israel to stop them from gaining nukes - even if it means air strikes. Get NATO to be financially independent from us.

A lot to happen and this is just a bit of noise. Think of it as the death rattle of the globalists as Trump crushes their necks.

I love the thought, but I’m sorry, Mt. Klayman has no legal standing to sustain such litigation. Klayman is a good lawyer and he knows that.

I’m afraid this move is more about seeking publicity, ergo fundraising, than is is about seeking justice.

The NSA and other intelligence agencies that have abuse their power need to be brought to heel, and fast. These agencies have abused their power and have devolved into rouge cliques who do not believe the Constitution and laws apply to them. They have devolved into petty, self-serving eavesdroppers who abuse their power to amuse themselves, enrich themselves, and become drunk on their own raw power.

Trump and many Conservatives are finally waking up to the fact that Snowden was not only right, he was heroic. Snowden blew the whistle on what was going on: every phone conversation, web page visit, and email was being intercepted, captured, and stored by the NSA at the Utah Data Center and elsewhere.

The political assassination of General Flynn by the NSA, CIA and other agencies (who then gave Classified information to the media) was not only a criminal act, it was outright sedition.

Agencies that work for and are subservient to (via the Constitution) the Executive branch and restrained by laws) have become a powerful and evil shadow government, a law unto themselves. This is not about "national security." This was an act of treason.

To quote George H.W. Bush: "This will not stand."

It cannot stand if we are to have a nation much longer.

I don't know how President Trump is going to deal with this, but he must act, and quickly.

If he does not act to punish the NSA and these rogue agencies for what they have done (and what they are doing), then we have lost the Constitution and the Republic.

I know that might sound hyperbolic, but it isn't. It is true.

Were they monitoring Obama’s and other WH staff (co-conspirators) communications too? If so, those records still exist. If so, Trump and Sessions need to get their hands on them pronto. No doubt in my mind that they will contain evidence of malfeasance or worse.
