Since the headline, blurb and two posters have not revealed the name of this mystery person:

Looks like two personal friends pushing her in the comments. They claim to vouch for her conservative bona fides—but don’t dispute the troubling info in the article they are responding to.

Hopefully, she is being considered just for the appearance of impartiality (or just to toy with her), with no intention of really hiring her.

All of the issues mentioned (except possibly immigration) are questions involving issues concerning state powers and do not concern Federal powers by Constitutional dictates.
