I believe that a slower three step process or so is the right way as we must face facts that this nation has 1/3 of it’s population who are uninsurable based on obesity alone.

Lumper, great point. Have you seen this article below? I had no idea Diabetes was such a big expense, wow we do have a health care crisis and not of the policy / $'s and cents type, it is about actual ailments and conditions of so many of our fellow countryman's health...
