Has anyone ever seen, or know anyone who’s ever seen, a jaguar in Arizona? I thought they were rare even in the Yucatan. I do know that jaguars do exist in southeastern Mexico.

I believe that wildlife biologists, using game cams, have captured photos of just one jaguar in Arizona.

We don't need jaguars in Arizona, they are a big dangerous cat, some almost as big as African lions. Who wants to run into that while strolling in the desert?

They have trail cameras which have taken some photos.
