I do remember, back in high school, a young man who was arrested at Jacks (which was were the Hotel and Conference Center now is) being arrested for wearing some mask. I don’t think it was Halloween and it wasn’t a frat initiation (as the perp was in high school). But it was considered a rather great joke but almost all and sundry.
