This is not protected speech. You can’t yell “fire” in a crowded theater and you can’t out undocumented students on a sanctuary campus.

You not only can but ethically you must yell "Fire!" in a crowded theater when the theater is on fire.. Likewise reporting an illegal to Immigration is more necessary in a scofflaw city or campus.

Actually, you CAN yell fire in a crowned theater. There is no prior restraint. It is only afterward that you are liable.
Suppressing opposing viewpoints is not ‘protecting the community.’ It criminal behavior, pure and simple.
