It is not a matter of changing "rats opinions," but rather, informing the general public about these scum. Reps and Independents will be influenced by the information if it is widely disseminated. The MSM is also being forced to admit it, even Politico, which is still trying to spin it blaming part of it on Trump and his supporters.
