I have a two star general that drives out to visit us in a Chevy Malibu. He could fly out in a Blackhawk. He told me once, and he said it like this, I could, but should I. I really respect that.
Yeah, he may have been kept had he led a great repeal, but I read that he wasn’t even very engaged on the second attempt with Pence leading the meetings.
My sincere hope is that Trump picks a solid conservative with good plans for healthcare.

I can’t comprehend the stupidity of what he did. My husband says “someone is after him.” BS....He just plain did what he wanted and didn’t give it a second thought. Why not? He was in the House long enough to know what you can and cannot do on the taxpayer’s dime. Or maybe he did the same and was never caught. I just don’t trust any of them any longer!
This puts Trump in an awful position and he should be boiling mad. I’ve been wanting to see the banquet where crow is served to all the democrats who have been wrong on so many things since the election and now this!
As with Sessions, what a disappointment. He was well regarded in his GA district and to think we came close to getting a dyed in the wool progressive to replace him. Thank God Handle got the seat...

Agreed - Sessions is too much of a gentleman. He’s great on borders, but he is not good when it comes to looking at the IRS scandal, Hillary’s scandal, the unmasking, leaks, etc. Price was not effective in helping get Obamacare repealed at HHS, but he may have played a better role in the House.
The way Jason Chaffetz speaks on Fox, it sounds like he would have. He seems to be tough on immigration too.
As head of HHS Kathleen Sebelius used all the HHS shalls in Obamacare to mold it to what the Democrats wanted. Tom Price has had that same power since he was appointed head of HHS. Have you heard of him undoing any of the crap Sebelius decided? How about making a decision within Obamacare that would help dismantle it? No? Me either. And he had that power. Screw him. Good riddance.
I remember - not a name - but someone in Clinton’s years who did fly in a military helicopter somewhere and it wasn’t kosher....Funny how these things come back to us.
I say corruption starts when you enter that Capitol building or the administration! Well, probably long before then, but it’s THEN that it gets to be big time!
