I suspect it was at a “Friends of the NRA dinner”. Those are fun events. I was involved in the local event for several years, and we broke state records.
They are where the majority of NRA raffle events for firearms take place. An adult would have had to take possession of the rifle for him.
I wonder who did and the history of it.
The anti-freedom forces in this country want to make it illegal for him to touch that rifle.
In Australia, a special permit is needed for people under 18 to legally touch guns. THat holds for BB guns and air rifles as well.
