I get the impression that you generally don’t go to an institution until you commit an attrocity.
Sadly that’s correct but it doesn’t make it right.
Years ago the libs maintained the crazies could be medicated and released from mental institutions and save tons of money.
Now the crazies are on the streets instead of in the funny farms.
