A woman with a hot body used to distract eyes from mayonnaise dripping from one’s head, but that’s not important right now.
It might also be what feminists and other idiots call a “female bodyguard”.

Just looked it up. It’s political vernacular for a personal assistant.
Personal assistant....valet....It’s political jargon.
A personal valet, a butler/secretary of sorts. "Do I need to get a birthday present for anyone? Seems someone's birthday is this month." "Yes, I already took care of that for you, your mother." "Great, what did I get her?...so when I talk to her I know what it was."
A body man or body woman is, in U.S. political jargon, a civilian personal assistant and sometimes valet to a politician or political candidate.
Huma Abedin is a good example. In Hillary's case I think the term goes well beyond being a mere "personal assistant."
Since I have seen Reggie Love described as Obama’s “body man”, I’m going to guess that a body woman is a beta vassal of some sort who gives their Mistress neck massages and the occasional `reach-around’ when needed.
