The questions asked of Moore in depositions will be beyond nasty. WaPo will have top liberal law firms and Moore’s answers will be leaked to MSM to make him look like a pervert. I do not believe it is possible for him to successfully litigate. Moore needs an honest investigative journalist, not a lawyer.
I doubt it'll get that far. Look at what happened to Palin's defamation suit against the New York Times, and she probably had the stronger case.
