There is a constitutional principle that the accused shall have the right to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; and to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor; etc.
I'm not sure Moore can expect those kind of protections in a McConnell/Schumer directed legislative inquiry. I'd be surprised if Moore is given any kind of a fair hearing based on the known hurt feelings of so many RINO’s.
But it sure would be interesting to see the video depositions of Moore's accusers and how well the dates, times, and accusations hold up under scrutiny - and under oath.
