If she really was serious about curbing boorish behavior she would introduce a bill prohibiting the senate, house or any other government agency or bureaucracy from using taxpayer money to settle claims of sexual aggression or abuse by any elected official or government employee.
If someone (like Ted Kennedy) abuses someone they should be held personally responsible for any financial settlement.
