I don’t understand why they would need walking boots to conceal ankle bracelets as they can be easily concealed under pant legs, ankle boots or regular boots. Sooner or later that boot has to come off Hillary’s foot. Did they expect to have her in custody by then? This is the 6th week since the “accident”.

Maybe they feared the bracelet could be seen so they put the boot on the foot the bracelet was on and let the actual injured foot be exposed. He doesn’t need a boot. He’s in a wheelchair.

I believe the courts allow for those with leg or ankle injuries to have boots that incorporate the device. Perhaps someone who knows can chime in.
