“His “Stopping Lawless Actions of Politicians (SLAP) Act” would hold state and local lawmakers criminally responsible for refusing to comply with federal immigration enforcement efforts. The Republican’s bill would subject violators to a $1 million fine and up to five years in prison if they are convicted.”

Sounds like a good start.

Also, include the drunk driving illegals, who kill innocent people and sometimes destroy an entire family or most of that family.

Finally, a good, common sense solution to an outrageous situation.

That they let him go should be considered an accessory to murder. The guy had 7 felony convictions, what’s the difference between that and helping to free any other felon? Who released him? Who made that decision? Perp walk time.

In the old days, sheltering a criminal was a crime: accessory after the fact. And yes, an illegal alien is a criminal.

What is the point of this? We have an A.G. that won’t enforce it.

The DOJ could have brought obstruction of justice charges against the mayor and police chief but they didn’t.

Naturally, members of Congress are exempt.

Arrest these politicians who create a shelter city/state and wilfully harbour illegal aliens? Why has this taken so long to be conceived?

House Passed Kate’s Law and No Sanctuary for Criminals Act in June, but Both Bills Languish in Senate.

Guess the senate has to keep the Goldman Sachs crowd happy.

By law, allow the families of those murdered and maimed by illegals to “sue personally” the douche bags politicians in office who have blood on their hands because of their self-serving, bottom-feeding Liberal policies!!!

Good!

This is excellent legislation, call it "Kate's Law":

This would have never happened in the era of Obama - he would have deemed the verdict "just."

There are federal laws that cover aiding illegals. We don’t “need a law” so much as we need a lawman who will arrest these people and hold the for trial.

Yes.

In fact, I would be in favor of charging them as direct accomplices to any crime committed by illegal aliens, and that included congressmen, senators and presidents.

Sick of this crap, and sick of them.
