They are trying to load all the crap they can onto this bill so it wont pass final passage.
At the very least our legislators should insist that no one without a social security number can pay negative income taxes.
In other words, many US citizens get more out than they put in. This is problematic, but it is far worse when we are paying illegals tax refunds.
Also, a lot of illegals get paid off the books, so they can report whatever amount of income is required to get the negative income tax.
It is unacceptable that this is not fixed.
illegals should get nothing.
