Politically correct has run amuck in this country to the point it is hard to recognize. Odumbo “fundamentally” change it, that’s for certain, and NOT for the better.
A young thing corrected me on campus a few years ago at our local university student center.
She was a first year student, not a freshman.
I replied, `No, that guy over there is a freshman. You’re a co-ed.’ Then I told a hare-lip dog joke.
(These hitchhikers hear this faint voice calling, “Mark! Mark!” which becomes louder as they approach the mouth of a cave ... she was not amused.)
