Purchasing...so in other words my stolen car never found is probably in Africa..
If a stolen vehicle is not found within a short period of time and you're anywhere near a container port, it's on the water inside of a few weeks. If you're in the center of the country, it was disassembled for parts and the remaining hulk was crushed into a cube off to get melted down in a similar time frame.
