Actually, she’s telling the truth, but it was a strategy 0bama discarded his entire time in office.

That's right. She said the strategy was "laid out" by military commanders during the Obama Administration - she did not claim it was implemented by the Obama Administration.

So, technically, she was not lying.

;-)

I doubt the brass had the nerve to present a winning stategy to the bogus POTUS lest they be purged as some were.

Bingo.

Similarly the term "Non-denial denial" was in vogue for a time during and following Watergate; Saying something that sounds like you are saying something else.

Correct.
Generals gave Obama the same message and he ignored it.
He figured he had Valerie Jarrett, why did he need the Pentagon.

There was always the plans the generals wanted and the reality of what the damn lawyers and politicians would allow. The rules of engagement filled way too many body bags. Good to see Deptula is still making waves. I knew him when he was a Lt Col.

Yep, exactly right, if obama aka valjar, had just let the military do their thing instead of micromanaging it, something neither one knew anything about so they were taking their marching orders from the enemy, then not only would ISIS never grown into what it was from a just a few hundred into 30k strong; the military could have squashed the first hint of ISIS coming into Iraq had they been left in country long enough for Iraq to establish a solid working government and military of their own.

Ironically, with all his harsh wrongdoing, Saddam Hussein kept the peace in Iraq but was far too brutal against the Kurds. That was his downfall. The world could not accept him doing that AND harboring Al Queda; especially not us after 9/11. Seems like people forget what actually happened even though they lived through it. Not you; just people in general. Then, like now, a relatively small part of the population is actually paying attention. Most are thinking about raising a family, what video game or makeup shade to get next, or about that hot girl/boy at school or work, etc. etc.
