I think his tweets acknowledge that whatever the press says is in that dossier does not jibe with what he knows about his own actions. They’re just trying to scare him into not tweeting anymore.
Donald Trumps tweets and the media are analagous to a laser pointer with a cat. While the cat goes nuts and has its attention completely focused on the dot, he is now free to quietly do americas business with minimum hystrionics
