That leaves Deep State Rosenstein who has close connections to Hillary, to lead the investigation.
I believe it's most likely that the Deep State DOJ wants to stop a real independent prosecutor from being named, and thus now their so-called "investigation" announcement.

I also have the feeling that they will go through the motions, sprinkle her with Swamp Water, proclaim her to be a virgin without sin, is beatified and has her likeness carved in Mt. Rushmore..........
