My understanding was only the committee members had actually seen the memo.
If they have all seen it, it must be today.
There may have been redactions on what they showed to the Congress.
It is better with a drum roll of anger building, bringing more support to your side.
The mantra should be, “If you vote against release you must be part of the corruption.
This strategy will separate your enemies soldiers from their command.
It is my understanding that the memo has not been replicated for distribution.
They are all invited to come and view the original memo.

That massive and total breach of National Security (not just HRC's e-mails) is what my pre-election video was primarily about.
One recenty disclosed result of that DOS "security hole" is what Huma was doing with her e-mails.
AFAIK, that "failure of the 'top secret' management system" still exists inside the D.O.S. -- and has never been addressed by DOJ/FBI!!
Here is why the MSM has gone all in on attacking Trump.
They were told by Media Matters about the “Russian Dossier” and that this was evidence of Russian Collusion in the election.
The MSM ran with it and dug up anything which gave credence to the “Story” and actively attacked anyone who didn’t believe it.
In most Courts, this is considered Conspiracy, Witness Intimidation-tampering, Obstruction of Justice and probably 10 other Felonies.
In addition McCain, Romney, Flake, Reid, Holder, VJ, Leaders in the FBI-CIA and large number of MSM reporters and heads are lining themselves up for prison time.
This will impact all the news organizations including Faux.
Lead one is Megan Kelly as she clearly had advanced notice of it and was ordered to torpedo Trump.

Democrats voted against releasing the memo to congressmen outside the committee.
Everyone who has read the memo is “shocked” by its contents.
This is not a time for FReeper negativity and defeatism. We MUST push to get this memo released to the public!

It looks to me like there’s a GOP PR effort underway to build interest in seeing the memo’s contents. I’d be surprised to see it released today, simply because Friday is a bad day to dump important news. That’s why so much damaging stuff is usually dumped late on a Friday afternoon.
I’m also wondering what the reaction to the House Intelligence Committee memo will be. I assume it was drafted by the GOP and would be surprised if a single Democrat attached his or her name to it. So it will be viewed as a partisan memo, because it most likely is just that.
Will the Democrats and their allies in the press be able to just claim that it’s all GOP lies, etc., and get away with it? I’d normally say they would, but maybe this time the revelations will be so obviously true that dissembling by the left won’t be enough to bury the memo in doubt.
I hope that’s the case, but I would normally expect that this will still take some time to play out. One thing that did surprise me, however, is that Rosenstein and Wray are considered to be on the side of the “good guys.” If that’s actually true, this could all come to a head quite soon because they won’t be running interference for the perpetrators of the entire scheme.

Turns out my post was erroneous as well! The memo is the Committee's interpretation of the DOJ information, but did not come from the DOJ itself, most are reporting now.
I should have known there was no way a memo incriminating the DOJ could have ever come from the DOJ!
The real point is not the memo, but the crimes within the DOJ, FBI and other Fed Agencies related to this plot. It is a Conspiracy.
It must be exposed to all.
