Sure sounds like an admission that the planet was MUCH Warmer thousands of years ago, and that we are slowly Returning to the level the planet WAS!!!

What did prehistoric Man do to Heat the Planet up before the Ice Age killed them off?

Exactly!! I suspect they did more roasting, fire cult watching, burning of infidels, burning of unblievers, agnostics, athiests, burning of vast tracts of lands to get more space to grow their hallucinogins, ...they warmed the planet at least to the 2,000 foot levels before the smoke was so thick it cooled the planet. Then the volcanoes became hyperactivve because all the people were rushing to the seas to determine if the sea was rising and that tilted the earth so the oceans sloshed out and equilibrium was obtained. See? Simple.
