Hopefully some ecowanker heads will be a poppin’ as well. I think Rick Perry tried to initiate some of that yesterday or the day before talking about exporting PETROLEUM products world wide. ;-)
Well, why not. Let’s build a refinery in third world Sh*tholes and sell them the oil. Maybe at a reduced rate.
We run the refinery and get them going. Maybe get Detroit in on the action.
They pull a Venezuela and they get to follow that same path.
Sounds like a noble venture.
