All FISA court members are selected by one person, Chief Justice Roberts. All come from already being on the federal bench. Almost all were selected from being a BO or GWB appointments, lest one from Reagan.
Here we have individuals that decide who is going to be spied on. No accountability. They judge based on arguments from the DOJ, FBI and others. In this case, a bunch of GWB and BO appointees, being heard by GWB and BO appointees.
And now we have this criminal failure in front of us bordering on sedition. Instead if people whining about what was brought in front of the FISA court, how about we look at the FISA court and how it may be politicized...and change it?
And while we are at it, maybe we could stop all the big brother watching and listening to you crap.
