If they were putting on, say, Little Shop of Horrors, and they cast a black student as Audrey or Seymour, everyone would be applauding how wonderfully colorblind and inclusive the play was. If some white student protested that the role should really go to a white, he/she would be an evil racist and their opinion certainly would not be respected, or able to cause the canceling of the play.

Just THINK what this country is going to be like very shortly, when whites are a minority. Your kids or grandkids will never get a part in a play, never win an award, never get anything any person of color wants. Wait and see.

Unless whites learn to stand up for themselves again

Admittedly a tall order

This is the problem. As long as the choice is not white, it’s all good. That is what all of this boils down to. If a white role goes to a dark person that is great. If a black role goes to a black persons, that is great. If any role goes to a dark person, the media or special interests are ABSOLUTELY FINE.

But if too many white roles go to whites, it’s bad. If any darker character roles go to whites, it’s bad.

So casting white people is bad. White people are clearly thought of as not equal to darker people. I feel bad for my children who mostly are pretty white. Why can’t all colors of people be ok, like Martin Luther King wanted? Why doesn’t content of your character, or your acting skill, even matter these days?
