I blame it on the Cabin Fever. We received another six inches of snow here over the weekend.
On a positive note, the tuneup on the snow thrower has it running like a champ! (as long as its full throttle)

So much B-movie drama, even for him.

Waco is Wac(k)o.
Everybody forgets that Waco is the home of Baylor University. Lots of crazy things that happen in Waco that the local law enforcement tries to sweep under the rug.

I havent delved into the facts, so I ask whether this has happened because bikers are not PC. Did the DA have any evidence at all against the bikers?
You remember all the videos of the shooting starting, and the 150+ bikers who ran away, hid in bathrooms, hid under tables, etc? Remember the people who were not even in either gang, yet who were arrested for being there?
The DA thinks they are all as equally guilty as those who were in the gunfight, or at least he did until a Republican challenger for his spot started gaining traction.
A lot of innocent people had their lives ruined by that DA, and I can only hope that the rest of us in Texas are not on the hook financially - I'm hoping Waco takes such a hit on this, that they clean their act up.

I have no issue with Baylor. (note, I’m not a sports fan at all)
The political leadership of Waco is unexplainable. The local courts system is clearly corrupt.
But, in this case I think Federal involvement has been behind the scenes from the beginning. I have noticed lately that the paid trolls about this and some other cases have seemingly vanished.
Conspiracy? Shrug, call it what you want.

Being down the road, I watched quite a bit of coverage of this when it happened, and Reyna was hell-bent on trying to keep all 150+ bikers in jail and up on charges. It didn't bother him one bit that video clearly showed everybody scattering and fleeing.

In my opinion, I think this case and 2 more were being used as a pilot program to make mass arrests, program the legal and media to accept it and believe the lies they put out.
I saw immediate troll support on social media and even here on FR. It went on a long time.
Fusion Centers have the data to do some amazing things. Problem is, who makes the calls.
Was this an attempt to try to project that the “home grown’ element is more dangerous than Islamist Terrorists? We had FBI “officials” print things saying that. It is/was and agenda.
They did something like this, but less sophisticated, during the militia movement, before the OKC Bombing.
