I haven’t delved into the facts, so I ask whether this has happened because bikers are not PC. Did the DA have any evidence at all against the bikers?

177 were arrested, with identical charges of Conspiracy ++.

All were assigned a bail amount of 1 million dollars.

For starters, that is where the insanity began.

The shooters? Are all dead.

I don’t believe there will be a single case of conviction of murder or attempted murder.

This is a travesty to the US court system.

It has destroyed many lives and this will cost the taxpayers.

Wac(k)o has a long history of nuttiness like this. Unfortunately.

You remember all the videos of the shooting starting, and the 150+ bikers who ran away, hid in bathrooms, hid under tables, etc? Remember the people who were not even in either gang, yet who were arrested for being there?

The DA thinks they are all as equally guilty as those who were in the gunfight, or at least he did until a Republican challenger for his spot started gaining traction.

A lot of innocent people had their lives ruined by that DA, and I can only hope that the rest of us in Texas are not on the hook financially - I'm hoping Waco takes such a hit on this, that they clean their act up.
