Not putting fantasy world “vibes” on the guy, and not having met an actual shutzstaffel nazi interrogator or leader (but having family who did interrogate them, long ago)— this swallwell reminded me of a cold SOB from the netflix series- The Man in the High Castle (fictional nazis and japs won the war and split the US in half- real weird premise).
