And if the administration and prosecutors go after Hussein as the press and congress went after Nixon Hussein will be forced to resign and his VP will then pardon him, right? That is the killer. There is no one to pardon him but Trump. Pardoning Nixon did not let loose a malevolent spirit to continue to eat at the society. Pardoning Soetoro will loose that malevolence in greater fury against the Constitution. If pardoning him would leave him to become an Elder Statesman, or innocuous figure it would probably be right for Trump to do it. That is not the case, however.
