California’s leading elected officials responded defiantly Tuesday evening to a Department of Justice lawsuit that seeks to have the state’s “sanctuary” laws declared unconstitutional under the Supremacy Clause.
The lawsuit, filed in Sacramento, seeks to overturn the Immigrant Worker Protection Act (HB 450), the Inspection and Review of Facilities Housing Federal Detainees law (AB 103); and the California Values Act (SB 54), otherwise known as the “Sanctuary State” law.
In response, Gov. Jerry Brown led the state’s Democrats in pushing back, imitating President Donald Trump’s tweeting style:

By the way, seems that the State of California has been involved in a lot of so-called bullying against Trump.
Imagine the furor if California’s election results could not be certified at the Federal level because of concerns of large numbers of non citizens found voting at the polling places......
And California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, who has led the state’s efforts to mount a legal “resistance” to the Trump administration and its policies, vowed — ironically, perhaps — to defend the principle of law enforcement:

California Attorney General Xavier Becerra is a blatant criminal who falsified his Congressional secret server image to the DC police. Why is he not in jail?

BTW, just wondering, did Xavier's AG predecessor, now-US Senator Kamala Harris, relocate her loyal AG staff to DC?
I certainly hope none of California’s pressing legal issues fell through the cracks in the transition?
Hopefully, Kamala left her hard drive behind so Xavier could review her recent activity.
UPDATE: Kamala's hard drives proved good for nothing. All she did was order Viagra online for her sex romps with the aged ex-Mayor.
