Exactly. 15 years ago, there were articles about how much the Dems hated George Bush. And prior to that, they hated Ronald Reagan. They hate Republicans who are actually implementing an agenda. They didn’t hate Ford or Bush Sr. as much because they weren’t effective.
The right thinks the left is insane. The left thinks the right is evil. I believe the former can be objectively proven, the latter is a subjective opinion.
Subjective opinions are the result of belief systems. Some belief systems are so rigidly held that they cannot be changed, even with a constant barrage of objective facts. When both sides cannot agree with any basic facts of any issue, the political debate is over. When the political debate ends, it becomes kinetic.
