One thing nags, me though...
If this is true - if Trump is going to divert some of the military money to build the wall, why did he look like he just ate a crap sandwich during that dismal “signing” ceremony? I would have expected the familiar cheshire cat grin as he explained on live television that he’s signing it - and then exactly what he intended to do. We didn’t see that. Instead, he looked dis-spirited and pissed off.
May be because Trump is not a career politician and has not spent years in the beltway and is still learning.
My guess is one of his new advisers such as Bolton or the most experienced DC lawyer DiGenova clued him in? IDK!

They know the base is pissed, I’d really don’t see the point of hiding that campaign promises are being fulfilled. This rumor about re-allocating portions of the whopping 300 BILLION for military over to the Army Corp of Engineers to get the wall moving was floating around the minute he ended his press conference yesterday.
I think this is going to happen!
