Please forgive my english .. I am one who was disgusted yesterday with that omnibus bill but according to Isaac Green, who DID read the bill, a lot of good news in there. He gives details and parts of the bill that says that here is NO funding for ABORTION - NO ABORTION can be financed by government money!!! Also here is 80 Billions for the army engineers that is funded so it can be used to build the wall.
And so much more. Please listen to this video. Everything Isaac Green says is highighted on the right side of the screen: the part of the omnibus bill he is talking about.
If Isaac is correct then the democrats are more than stupid to think they got a great deal!! But we need to pass the word so all those who are giving up on President Trump should be aware that Trump may be ever smarter than we ever thought!

the bill states ALL money can be cut off if the organization is violation of breaking rules. This means Trump can easily cut off all their funding shortly.
This is totally bogus and has been thoroughly discredited. This letter refers to emergency money targeting Haiti. It is in response to something that happened much earlier in the year and has nothing to do with this budget.
No, Trump cannot designate all federal money as “emergency.”
No, he cannot willy-nilly yank EPA funds for “the Wall.”
We have a process called AUTHORIZATION and APPROPRIATION, and even after money is “authorized” (btw, this bill is really an “authorization” bill, even though it says “appropriation”), the authorization is merely permission to spend.
Trump has no money until it is appropriated for a very specific purpose. Moreover, it’s not appropriated to Trump, but to each Department secretary. If Carson gets $2b and Trump tries to “move” $1b of that, HUD gets no more appropriations (nor, likely, would anyone else) until that money is replaced.
This is all in the Constitution, which everyone seems to want to discard now. The HOUSE originates all spending, and oversees all spending.
You need to catch up.
We all reacted to what we really didn’t fully understand. Let’s just wait and see if our outrage was unnecessary. I pray it was because I really want to MAGA.

Stop propagating delusions. We have a Constitution and a congressional structure for a reason. Trump gets no money himself. It goes to the departments. If he orders Carson to move money, 1) Carson would object, 2) it would be public, 3) there would be NO money to HUD until it was straightened out.
If Trump persisted, there would be no money to any department until it was straightened out. Congress is not about to give up its power of the purse.

I discussed this with a US senator yesterday (no, not McTurd or Flakey). It’s preposterous that you can just move money without permission of Congress.

With the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act of 2018 / H.R. 2810) and passage of “Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2018” Congress has provided both the Authorization and funding (appropriations) for any construction the POTUS deems necessary.
