A special counsel investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election revealed Tuesday night that prosecutors say they have connected former Trump deputy campaign chairman Rick Gates to a person who delivered newspapers to Gate’s home who knew a guy who worked for a Republican staffer who once dated a woman in college who then graduated and liked to watch “The Americans” while skyping with a friend in Russia who once knew a writer who did books on Russian history while attending Harvard where she roomed with a women of third-generation ancestry who had a brother who used to get a copy of “Pravda” during the cold war who said he knew somebody that had ties to the GRU that had a great-grandfather who used to live in Ukraine while claiming to be a friend of Leon Trotsky and others with ties to a Russian intelligence service while Gates worked on the campaign.
