WTF? What crimes were they pardoned from being convicted of? A governor is PARDONING convicted felons so the FELONS can’t be deported?

And the people of California have not revolted?

It’s even worse than I thought!

So, let me get this straight, the Governor of California is pardoning convicted criminals so they can stay in the USA and continue their crimes without fear of deportation?

And the victims, I mean citizens, of California are okay with this?

Every state outside of California should deport illegal aliens—-to California.

”Those pardoned Friday included Sokha Chhan and Phann Pheach, ...(snip) ...Chhan was convicted of two counts of misdemeanor domestic violence in 2002 and served 364 days in jail.

Pheach was convicted of possessing drugs and obstructing a police officer in 2005 and served six months in jail. His wife said he is in federal custody.

Also pardoned was Daniel Maher, who was convicted in 1995 of kidnapping, robbery and being a felon in possession of a firearm and served five years in prison. Maher is facing deportation to China.

Chhan, Pheach and Maher hold permanent U.S. residency but had exhausted all legal avenues to fight deportation,...(snip)

Also pardoned while facing deportation were Daniel Mena and Francisco Acevedo Alaniz, but their home countries were not immediately known. Mena was convicted in 2003 of possessing illegal drugs. Alaniz served five months in prison for a 1997 auto theft conviction.”

Moonbeam’s attempted end run means little at the federal level. Any status previously enjoyed is now void.

Brown accused Trump of “going to war with California’s immigration policy”. It’s the other way around. Leftists are the definition of contradiction.

California is nearly gone.

We seriously should not let California run their federal elections, considering their animosity toward the federal government’s laws regarding the rights of illegal aliens.

California is an actual and demonstrable threat to national security and to the security of its legal citizens.

From the article: “Pheach was convicted of possessing drugs and obstructing a police officer in 2005 and served six months in jail. His wife said he is in federal custody.

Also pardoned was Daniel Maher, who was convicted in 1995 of kidnapping, robbery and being a felon in possession of a firearm and served five years in prison. Maher is facing deportation to China.”

Just the kind of folks American citizens in CA want to have living with them.

Why did he HAVE TO ‘pardon’ them?

What crimes did they commit?

So the SOB pardons foreigners for no reason at all, just to give them a benefit?

Governor Moonbeam thinks he’s President of the Republic of California. He will do whatever he can to fight his enemy, the United States of America. California is a State-In-Rebellion and should be treated as such.

To MY mind, Moonbeam’s “pardon” is null and void. A STATE governor can’t pardon an illegal alien perp for a FEDERAL crime and deportation. He has no standing. It’s time somebody put that squirrely bahstid in his place. I think he’s certifiable.

He can’t pardon them for being here illegally and the Feds know that they committed other crimes....reminds me of when some folks in Britain saved a duck and nursed it to health - they were all gathered around the pond when it was turned loose and then looked on “in horror” as a snapping turtle took it down....
