Hard to tell. Some of the recent arrivals in western states from Russia and its old satellite nations haven't assimilated much. They seem to think that money will buy anything.

Where I wrote, “They seem to think that money will buy anything,” that was a reference to the gangsters and their human trafficking in upscale areas in some of our western states. We shouldn’t be scowled at by their paranoid thugs or seeing their nervous women employees with tiny numbers tattooed on the backs of their necks or their wrists.
