After WW2 Nazi scientists moved to the US and helped us in our nuclear program. Nork scientists could do the same for us. They could start out here as dishwashers/cooks in Korean restaurants. I’m sure it would be a step up. Korean food is really good. Just have the local cops eat there and give up the doughnuts.
Heck, those same Nazi scientists helped us get to the moon. A number of pages in the Right Stuff explicitly mentioned the krauts. Von Braun in particular.
We don’t need any nuclear powered dishwashers.
North Koreans could use some Korean food too.
