Once - here in Japan - I drank the blood of a soft-shelled turtle ( mixed with sho chu which is vodka-like Japanese booze ) and ate its meat ( cooked ) . Supposed to increase a person’s energy and protein supply . Once was enough lol .

When I hear of such concoctions, I wonder who tried it first. In this case, I imagine a group of guys drunk on saki coming up with it late at night.
