More “winning!” I’m not tired of winning at all. That’s what America used to do.

Just not a good idea to mess with Trump.

America hasn’t really tried to win since 1945. This is what it looks like when we try to win. I guess Germany forgot.

We did it before and we can do it again.

Why isn’t Obama out there apologizing for us? Isn’t that his mission in life?

IIRC, Germany put ridiculous tariffs on Chinese Steel. I’ll hunt for the article.

I hope Trump does not let up. The reason these socialist euro countries and canada are able to give all this free stuff, universal health care etc is not only due to their high internal taxes but also on our backs. They do not have to pay for the level of defense they enjoy. They also get subsidized on our backs due to their extremely one sided trade practices.

The EU’s problem is that the cream of the European gene pool emigrated to the New World and what was left was killed off in the first half of the 20th Century.

What is left is rolling over to the Muslims, each hoping they will be killed or raped last.

So, Trump is going to hurt the EU economically, and help the USA. MAGA!

I’m worried.

Will there be a tariff on French Fries and French Toast?

Great article. We just signed agreements with Brazil, S. Korea and Australia. The UK decide to side with the filthy Germans...and she is getting pounded in the press and social media.

From the 1970s ... Gerald Ford ==> WIN = Whip Inflation Now

He lost to Carter and Carter drove the thought that inflation could never be brought under control, it was the new reality, nothing could be done to stop it.

Along comes a fellow named Ronald Reagan who ran for President saying he would get inflation under control. The press, the establishment, the world laughed at him, scoffing at the idea he could do anything to stop inflation.

And for the first years of Reagan’s presidency inflation continued to stay high and the naysayers said to Reagan “see we told you so!” but Reagan said stay the course.

By 1983 Reagan’s economic policy had laid a foundation that would launch an economic revolution

Fast Forward to 2016 and there is this fellow named Donald Trump who runs for President and blasts the establishment with the fact that US National Debt was soaring over 20 trillion dollars and that it must be reigned in and brought under control by among other things revamping trade agreements. The press, the establishment thought him a buffoon at the idea he could do anything to bring the sky-high national debt down especially by reworking trade models.

And here we are on the brink of witnessing the world pay America back for their abuse of trade and the currency markets that go with it. And we can expect to see the national debt shrink in comparison to gross economic measures. With a smaller debt to service, the Treasury will see surpluses, real surpluses not the trickster ones played out in the 1990s when Clinton refi’d the national debt from 30-yrar notes to 5-year notes.

Hw does this scenario impact everyday Americans?

Less taxes, more production, less intrusive government, more freedom.

US tariffs on steel and aluminium imports from allies in Europe and North America are "disappointing" and "absurd", the UK trade secretary says.

Jane Foley, a senior currency strategist at Rabobank, predicted that over time the tariffs will start to hurt and the rest of Europe will blame Germany.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A 2013 scandal resulted in a $1 billion fine for unscrupulous trading practices, which included the manipulation of LIBOR currency rates worldwide. Chief Executive Piet Moerland resigned immediately as a result.[4]

Germany’s relations with the US might be better if it didn’t insist on supporting crap like open borders, the Iran deal, or the Paris “climate accord”.
