The recent Inspector Generals report shows foreign agents Did access the secret material on Hillary's unsecured server. And the Justice Department and most likely the FBI knew it all along. So why wasn't Hillary put in Jail long ago?
The answer is that a lot of people have been covering her guilty butt for a long time and I do mean a Lot of people. Starting with President Obama and his staff, Loretta Lynch and the DOJ, Comey's FBI, the New York Times, the Washington Post and a host of others. They knew or should have known. After all it was an Unsecured Server with Secret Material on it AND THEY DIDN'T CARE.
Had the Tables been reversed and the Republicans were trying to cover it up, there would have been no end of it in the News. Instead we got a constant dose of cover ups, constant excuses and backtracking. From Whitewater to the Impeachment to the Email Investigations already done in Congress. The Clintons and their Minions did a superb butt covering job and especially while she ran for President.
Many knew what she was and came out in droves to say not no but hell no and for good reason. But the Justice Department, the FBI and most of the Press failed us. Recovering from this travesty foisted upon the American people is going to be a real slog.
And maybe for once the Blame will go squarely where it belongs on the Party of Hillary; She who should be in Jail.

Hillary could stab the prosecutor in the neck with a pencil in front of a DC jury and they would let her walk. (Well...walk with assistance, that is)

CONCLUSION: The Clinton criminal cabal left a long, very long electronic/paper trail.
For America to survive, she HAS to go to jail.

As long as we’re fantasizing, maybe Jeff Sessions is working on an investigation of democrat, deep State corruption.
Her worst punishment is Donald Trump in the White House and not her. Ever since election night she has lived an existential hell of her own creation.

The biggest crime is the cowardice and dereliction of duty of the DOJ in not dealing with her. If she is not appropriately punished it will be a forever blot on the American soul.
I can understand Hillary not being charged, but then how is the Republican Party allowing Manafort, Cohen, and the witch hunt against Trump?
I have said for years now, no one in the entire universe has made the connection. If you Google “CIA 18 China”, you will see a New York Times article describing that in 2010, China rolled up, arrested, tortured, and killed at least 18 CIA operatives operating in China. They were not offered as trades for Chinese Espionage agents who may be imprisoned in the US, they were arrested and killed. Who, I ask, was Secretary of State at the time, who had her private unsecured server operating, and clearly had some of the names of those people within her purview?
Nothing to see here! I guess that’s just another little detail that bugs me a bit, while making no difference whatsoever to anyone else.
Comey used a private email but he did not have a private server. Perhaps a distinction without a difference. So many Obama appointees and even Obama himself, used aliases in communicating to hide from oversight. Many of Executives used several bogus ID’s when communicating using non-secure internet protocol routers.
DOJ a democratic party tool. They will never go after any Demonrat. Especially one with as much money as the Clintons. They have already got away with murder.
The Clinton’s CIA connections have deep roots—going back first to their England anti-war activities (presumably spying on British anti-war folks), their Mena connection (running drugs into Arkansas under their protection).
So, you may be correct about the Clinton Foundation—there has never been anything like it before—organized crime (extorting funds world-wide) on a scale so large even the most paranoid novelists couldn’t dream it up...
This goes way beyond the shadow Republican vs Democrat puppet show.
What if Trump had taken info from his daily brief that he got while a candidate and sent it in an email on a private server to an aide? Anyone doubt he would be in jail? That is bias.
Why isn’t hillary in jail? Same question: Why isn’t obama? Why are they not charged for the crimes they have committed? Why do the many othes still have their jobs? Who would charge them? They all are involved! Do we realize the deep state is still running its own goevernment... do we realize we have lost our country, but for the election of Donald Trump.
IF hillary had won, we’d know nothing of this and they would still be on their way to the goals they set up for themselves. As obama was congratulating Trump on his election... as obama was walkng out with Trump on that day.. obama was having him folllowed and spied on. obama spent 8 years doing what we now know was going on in Washington D C.
Most of the higher ups and many in the FBI and DOJ were using private email accounts for government and nefarious business just like Hillary. Hillary would have caused the domino effect if charged. Just one piece of the reason, but an important one.
Bad actor access to Hillary’s classified emails equals Treason. No ifs, no maybes, no intent required.
Remember the term: Google draft communications. It will be huge, huge, huge in the future. Along with game chats.
She’s not going to jail because she has all the files on everyone who might possibly testify, investigate, file charges or prosicute her. Also she has files on leaders around the world.
As Secretary of State she had complete access to all the information of the CIA.
