How is it that you are assured that your mother was not born before her great-grandfather?

How do you know that the quotation, "...a date that shall live in infamy..." was not first applied to the election of Barack Hussein 0bama?

You know, if I really want to know that stuff in history, then I can look it up, but honestly, it does not affect my day to day living very much.

I think it is more important to know what happened and WHY as opposed to just memorizing names, dates, and places.

Being able to spew back facts does not equal a quality education. Being able to think does.
