Yeah, lame. However, probably no more lame than what graduating college students are hearing at the commencement speeches of various Democrat 2020 presidential hopefuls according to Politico. It was the sad assessment of David Siders and Daniel Strauss writing in the normally Democrat-friendly publication on July 1 that 2020 hopefuls get failing grade for commencement speeches. Their subtitle got into a bit more detail as to why the failing grade: "In place of soaring rhetoric and enduring oratory, college graduates got a dose of banality" [emphasis mine]:

Then there’s Hillary who had to go to an 8th grade graduation in San Francisco to find an audience gullible enough to buy her “It’s Not My Fault, I Lost Because Americans are Racist, Sexist, Deplorable and Russia” speech.

If anyone should be invited to speak at a graduation, it should be President Trump. Honestly, that dude is someone who is very special and rare. Even without being president, he has insights that almost everyone else does not.
I have no idea at all why anyone would invite a politician to speak. These people are among the worst of the worst that America has to offer.
And Hillary Clinton is The Worst of the Worst.
If I was graduating from a place which thought so little of my effort to invite the Queen of Losers to speak to me, I would not even show up.

But none of the 2020 Democratic hopefuls has the courage to say such a thing in a commencement speech.
Although if one of them did, they’d probably immediately shoot to front-runner status and win the 2020 nomination hands down.
PDJT spoke at the Naval Academy graduation this year. It was an outstanding speech and kept everyone’s attention. The midshipmen of the Class of 2018 were lucky.

Well said. You are exactly correct. Many here on FR don’t think she will run. She has been running the moment it was clear she lost. She will scheme, plot, maneuver, etc to get the nomination. She and her minions believe she was cheated out the presidency in both 2008 and 2016. She is entitled to be president!
