Monday on MSNBC’s “MTP Daily,” Sen Ben Cardin (D-MD) said “constitutional rights” were at stake depending on who President Donald Trump nominated to replace Associate Justice Anthony Kennedy.
Cardin said, “Yes, Senator McConnell is hypocritical. He said of course under President Obama that 11 months was not long enough for an election to take up a nominee. Now the Republicans are going to do this in just a few months. That’s wrong, it’s hypocritical, but we need to use every opportunity we can so the Americans know what’s at stake.”

The consequences of this election are we’re going to make America Great again and roll back 30 years of Regressive policy’s and control the United States Supreme Court for the next 20 to 30 years thereby ensuring our right to Bear Arms, Free Speech, pray or not pray, and confirm that yes we as a Nation do have the right to protect our borders, and to ban entry of any Citizens of any Country the President deems a threat to National Security.
In other words we are stopping the Globalization and enslavement of American Citizens whether some like the Libtards understand they’re being made slaves of or not, and whether they like it or not.

Abortion is NOT a “Constitutional Right” and neither is “a right to privacy”, other than as prescribed in the 4th Amendment.

The irony of the statement is he is right.
Two things will happen:
1. It will become clear that President Trump’s nominee will not survive the cabal of McCain and Collins. And even if Manchin were to support Trump’s nominee in his attempt to lie his way back to the Senate, you can count on either Murkowski or Flake to sabotage the nominee.
2. When faced with this obstruction, the President will make this a key part of his fall campaign for greater support in the GOP and Senate.
The Dems and GOPe are handing the President the club, with which he will smash them with in the midterms.

The only true Constitutional rights we as a people have are those identified in the written Constitution, not merely what may have been imagined from activist judges treasonous “living Constitution”, which exists no where except in their heads, is subject to additions and deletions at their whim, and is contrary to the process the Constitution gave the people for amending it.

Not true, as clearly stated hundreds of years ago. No single document could delineate all of our Natural Rights, and they didn't even try. (We have a right to our property, our children, our opinions, etc etc etc... none of which are written in the Constitution.) The Constitution simply created a Court to defend them. It is OUR fault that we have allowed Leftists to pervert the system and stretch the term beyond all meaning. Hell, they don't even get the term Democracy correct.
