If you want to have sex you now have to ask for it loud and clear and get a verbal yes back under new reforms announced by the New South Wales government in Australia. NSW is a state on the west coast of Australia and Sydney is its capital.
Sexual consent is at the core of the states first strategy against sexual assault released on Friday, which will focus on raising awareness about consent, as well as protecting victims and preventing sexual harassment in workplaces and universities.

Isn’t this still “He said, she said?”
West cost ??
Coast
Australia has been going full bore leftist in recent years.
When things get to that point, men need to be smarter about it. Either get it in writing, or video the consent.
Indeed, the written or video consent needs to spell out exactly what contact is permitted or not, and then the entire session should be videoed so that the transaction can be compared to the consent form if any legal issues arise.
And always obtain a blood alcohol level so that ability to enter into the contract cannot be questioned.
Sydney’s on the east coast of Australia.
Better yet why not require a signed and notarized contract?
This idea of affirmative consent basically outlaws the most common forms of sex since the dawn of man. And they say conservatives want to barge into your bedroom.
Thats just what I was thinking. It will just create more he said, she said situations.
Have they ever polled women on whether they want men jabbering the whole time during sex?
NOW: “Want to shack up?”
LATER IN COURT: “I thought he wanted to build a shed!”
NOW: “Want to do the Horizontal Bop”?
LATER IN COURT: “I thought he wanted to dance!”
NOW: “Want to do The Nasty?”
LATER IN COURT: “I thought he wanted to get even with someone!”
NOW: “Want to Bump Uglies?”
LATER IN COURT: “I thought he wanted to go out and hit hobos over the head with sticks!”
NOW: “Want to Shag?”
LATER IN COURT: “I thought he wanted to get new carpet!”
NOW: “Want to have sex?”
LATER IN COURT: “I didn’t understand the question...I told him I’ve already got one, you see...”
This is going to help my game bigtime, as a man I like to play hard to get anyway.
I guess this extends to married couples, too.
Insanity. And Leftists wonder why we ridicule them and refuse to take them seriously.
Reason number 15,863.
Like a marriage license?
Verbal? she can say that he forced her to consent. If you get it in writing, she’ll have to work harder to convince a jury when she changes her mind and decides that she didn’t really consent when she consented and that the male patriarchy is responsible for it.
I think we need to have a third party witness at every sexual encounter. Somebody to act as a referee and take notes of the proceedings. If a man gets too aggressive, the referee can “throw a flag on the play” so to speak and penalize the male aggressor. Make him put his underwear back on or something.
So no more “safe words”?
Damn, me and my wife were planning a vacation there.
And..... you need to record it on your phone for confirmation
Of course, you only need to record it once.
