And I hope Ginsberg then retires immediately after in disgust of the prospect of never being in the majority again. We can leave Kagan until Trump's second term. Then, I hate to say it, Clarence Thomas needs to retire we need Clarence Thomas to retire, unless, of course he survives to a vigorous 98 years old and does NOT retire, ever.
