Back home after taking him back to rehab. It is not going to be easy in the least. He is NOT walking with his walker like he was before going to hosp. So it looks like most of the time will be in the wheelchair. Transitioning from walker or wheelchair to chair or bed is the hardest because he stiffens up and grabs for whatever and it is hard to keep him in balance. The Therapist says I need to remove my BIG area rugs because he can’t transition from laminate floor to rug.
They are putting in an Rx. for a tub bench, potty chair, and a hospital bed. Our bed is to high and I literally have to throw him up in it. It is killing my arm. My grandson is still willing to come for several hours a day (I pay him) so he will help getting him dressed, showered etc.
I see they are still on Trump for saying Putin isn’t meddling in the elections. Then he corrected it. Didn’t get to hear all the press conference before the cabinet meeting, but they said today when asked if Russia was meddling he said No! Then Sarah Saunders at the press briefing said the No! was to no more questions. The left and Rino’s are going nuts.

My sister several years ago lost a toaster and other items I can't recall what all,because of an electrical storm. I don't unplug many things but a few during a storm. We have our TV's and computer, coffee and tea makers,microwaves,electric mixer, pizza turn around, refrigerator on surge protectors. I'm going around checking to see what items are protected. Not sure about washer and dryer.

The Prez is also amused but trying not to laugh. (I know because one of my grandsons used to do that with his mouth while he watched his mom dance to her exercise videos.)

So many readjustments for you and hubby, so sorry dear.
Lifting him yourself can’t be easy and not good for you, does your insurance pay for home health visits? IIRC Hospital beds are adjustable so that would be good.
The left is going to keep up this hyperbole till no one but their alt-left will vote for them, so let them keep it up.

I prefer not looking at any “happy” pictures of them, especially the father of five out not with his wife. She may have put him out. We don’t know but I wish he would keep a low profile.
