McCain, 81, and those closest to him have not publicly revealed his long-term medical prognosis, but Cindy McCain, in a lengthy statement last week to The Arizona Republic, thanked the medical professionals at Mayo Clinic in Arizona and the National Institutes of Health and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in the Washington, D.C., area, and the caregivers working with McCain at his family’s Cornville retreat “for their superb care of John, and their amazing efforts to treat this terrible disease and its effects.”

“That he is still with us one eventful year later, still working at getting stronger, still engaged in the life of his family and our country, is as much a testament to their dedication, skill, and compassion as it is to his fighting spirit,” Cindy McCain said in the statement. “Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”

“I do not know of any. Also, there have been no interviews with him. No one from the media has met face to face with him in quite some time. There have been no phone interviews, no skype, nothing. The only word from him (supposedly) has been via tweets. There is no evidence that McCain himself is actually the author of these messages. “

That type of brain cancer is relentless and deadly. I suspect is brain is close to pudding right now.

Much the same prognosis on Harry Reid, with pancreatic cancer. Pray Reid doesn’t die, so he can live long enough to be prosecuted.

looks like his closest allies, Lieberman and Graham wee saying their goodbyes. Now one year later he’s in his final days. I think the prognosis is 6-16 months.

How is it that he takes this long extended vacation from his job of REPRESENTING THE PEOPLE OF ARIZONA and leaves HIS CONSITUENCY WITHOUT REPRESENTATION and that's ok?

I’m guessing he is already on ice somewhere and his staff is doing
the tweeting.

Has the dead McLame tweeted anything yet about The President’s comments to Rouhani?

No, which leads me to believe he is dead.

In real life, if he isn't able to return to full duty within a year of his absence, he'd be terminated from the job.

But this isn't real life in any sense.

Why governments are unique -- and dangerous

My college sweetheart’s dad made it a whole month from diagnosis.

He is some kind of hero. He’s an Ace, he destroyed 5+ warplanes.

I think he is already dead. For as long as I known of him, he could never pass a camera without stopping to talk to it. Now we haven’t seen him in many months.

The time frame I cited was for the NY State Civil Service job I retired from. Elected officials don’t have to follow the same rules as we peons unfortunately.

According to a report this month, he is in physical therapy, getting stronger and doing well. So he is not going away anytime soon.

He has been dead to me for years. A real man would have resigned so we could have the representation we deserve in AZ. F**k McCain and hearse he rode in on.

I am really starting to think he is faking this.
This illness suddenly came up when he was in hot water and it was discovered his seditious part with the whole “dossier”..

She has also been practicing being a loving and caring daughter, even when dad is going off his rockers.

I don’t think Meghan will be running for office anytime soon and I hope Cindy McCain just sticks to running her beer truck company.

I don’t personally have anything against either one. I just don’t think either one would make a good politician or representative for AZ.
